to top it off the second Baked Potato looked like it was left over from the day before. Not tender at all, this steak would have been better served at a cheap chain place. When the server returned with the second steak she said ' now make sure you cut it right in the middle so you can see it was done right' DUH! Well it was done properly but unlike a good Filet you really had to saw thru the meat. We called this to our servers attention and she agreed that neither was done properly. Also her Baked Potato was not cooked all the way thru. When my Wife's Filet came she cut the meat and it was done to a consistent brown color all the way thru. I had the evenings special which was a Prime Rib and Shrimp combo which i also ordered medium. They are no longer the prime, tender meats we were used to. complaint with the meal was the quality of the meats.
Since there are not many (any) other dining spots available some nights. I realize that Binions has become almost a fast casual dining experience. I am usually very easy to please but this meal made my top 5 really bad steakhouse meals list.
